Lloyd Banks – Practice (Free Download)

It has been some time since I’ve talked about Lloyd Banks and here is a reason to start talking about him again. I have for you today Lloyd Banks’ new track, “Practice,” which sets off many different vibes in my ears when I play it back.

The instrumental Billion Dollar Banks used sounds like a mesh up of some ’99 Terror Squad meets debut album G-Unit. The bass in this track bangs, which is always a good thing! I’m a little concerned with Banks’ delivery on this though. It sounds as if he has been hitting the pipe way too much because his voice is starting to develop that raspy sound that Jadakiss has been getting over the years–it shows in Lloyd’s control over the beat.

Up next, for Lloyd Banks in 2009, is the release of his new album, “The Famine,” which will be his third studio recording. Producers like Swizz Beatz, Just Blaze, Ron Browz, and Polow Da Don have been rumored to be on the beat making tip…sounds like a line up! Spin it:
