“Dear Jack” Screenings Coming Soon

Jack’s Mannequin frontman Andrew McMahon has announced that all theatrical screenings of his upcoming film “Dear Jack” will be followed with an in-person Q&A with Andrew himself, Corey Moss and Josh Morrisroe who directed the film.

Andrew writes, “We’ve begun solidifying the schedule for the theatrical releases of the “Dear Jack” documentary during the fall acoustic tour. I’m excited to announce that myself along with filmmakers Corey Moss and Josh Morrisroe, who brought “Dear Jack” to life, will be in attendance for a Question & Answer session following the screenings! My guess is that the Q&A’s will be roughly a half hour in length, directly following the screenings, and will be centered around the topics of the film and what went into its creation. We look forward to seeing you out!”

The DVD of Dear Jack — a deeply personal documentary made by Jack’s Mannequin and Something Corporate frontman Andrew McMahon chronicles the year that McMahon, then 22, spent battling acute lymphoma leukemia while trying to release Jack’s Mannequin’s 2005 debut album Everything in Transit. “Dear Jack” is a breathtakingly emotional film as well as a testament to family, friends and, perhaps more than anyone will ever know, a love of making music.
