It’s been a while since Daft Punk hit the road for a proper tour, but if these rumors are anything to go by, the band is planning to make up for lost time fairly soon – on a big scale.
According to Australian website Undercover, a “source close to the band” has leaked Daft Punk’s tour dates for 2010, and it appears the French electro-pop duo are eyeing large venues. While you wouldn’t necessarily equate Daft Punk with “arena band”, the two have lined up the Yankee Stadium in New York, Wembley Stadium in London and the Sydney Football Stadium as potential venues.
