Progressive metal geniuses, BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, have been nominated for “Best Underground Band” in the second annual, Revolver Golden Gods Awards. Dominating multiple “Best of 2009” lists, the band now relies on fans to crown them a Golden God. Riding high on the success of their latest album, The Great Misdirect, BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME will be trekking across country with powerhouse, Valient Thorr, metal titans, Baroness and progressive rock contemporaries, Mastodon on a monster US tour this spring!

Winners in each category of the Revolver Golden Gods Awards are chosen by popular vote and participants can cast their ballot HERE! Voting will take place from Thursday, February 18th through Wednesday, March 31st.

The Revolver Golden Gods Awards will be televised on VH1 Classic Saturday, May 22, 2010.
