Eminem’s highly anticipated new album, Recovery, will have not one but two album covers. The covers, which the rapper unveiled on his Website today, have similarly stark tones—one showing Eminem walking away on a deserted road and the other sees him seated on a couch encased in a glass cube within a desolate office park. The album drops June 22 to great interest about its tone, which has been called “more accessible” by the rapper’s manager.
The first single from Recovery, “Not Afraid,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart three weeks ago and remains in the top 10. Eminem will play two stadium shows with Jay-Z this fall in the artists’ respective hometowns: Detroit’s Comerica Park on September 2 and New York’s Yankee Stadium on September 13.
