Trustkill Spawns Bullet Tooth

The man behind New Jersey hardcore label Trustkill Records is branching out with a new venture called Bullet Tooth. Josh Grabelle, who started Trustkill back in 1994 and has helped launch the careers of bands like Bleeding Through, Eighteen Visions, Poison the Well, and Hopesfall, has announced the formation of Bullet Tooth, which he says is a brand new record label and publishing company.

The label is working with a number of distributors around the world, and according to Dave Zierler, executive vice president and general manager for INgrooves, “they have a loaded release schedule and all the tools in place to maximize opportunities and quickly establish the Bullet Tooth brand.” Grabelle has said that he’s already “surrounded [the label] with a network of partners across the globe who believe in what we do, what our bands are doing, and can assist us in our goals to develop our artists to be self-sufficient touring machines who can make a living off doing what they love.”

Bullet Tooth will work with powerhouse publishing company Primary Wave Music “to administer their catalog of compositions and secure music in soundtracks, TV, film, video games, and more.” The first releases on Bullet Tooth will come on June 22 with The Great American Beast’s The Modern Gentleman and Kid Liberty’s Fight With Your Fists, which drops August 3. Other bands signs to Bullet Tooth include Deception Of A Ghost, Victory In Numbers, First Blood, Most Precious Blood, and Memphis May Fire.

  1. I’ve been meditating on the identical idea personally lately. Grateful to see an individual on the same wavelength! Nice article.
