The Cribs Free Show

Wakefield + Portland + Manchester = melodic punk rock four piece The Cribs who finally return to the US and will supplement their Sunday August 8, main stage Lollapalooza performance with a free show at the legendary Cubby Bear, Saturday night August 7, for the American fans who have been waiting to see the band. The 21+ show will occur after the festival is over for the night so that fans can make it back uptown for this special, intimate club show. 2010 has been a banner year for The Cribs who have won glowing accolades in support of their best-selling album yet, IGNORE THE IGNORANT. Other achievements include undertaking their biggest North American headlining shows to date and their career high-watermark, largest show anywhere last month at the 40th Glastonbury Festival in England.

Triumphant late night TV appearances included “The Late Show with David Letterman” and “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” only fuelled further passion from the bands ever-growing loyal stateside fanbase. At press time, these are the only confirmed US live dates for 2010 so don’t miss The Cribs this summer.
