When word first spread that alt-rock powerhouse Weezer were planning their Memories Tour—a two-night stand in multiple cities where they would play 1994’s Blue Album the first night and 1996’s Pinkerton the second—no one knew exactly how many cities they would end up visiting. While the initial list—San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston and New York City—was originally all the jaunt was planned for, they have now released that the band have added a fifth stop in Chicago, slated for Jan. 7-8, 2011, at the Aragon Entertainment Center.
