To all the Rufio fans to come and go over the many years, I would like to take this time to announce my formal departure from the band Rufio, which has been and always will be an important part of my life. As one of the original members, joining my junior year of high school, it is an extremely difficult decision for me to make which I have been struggling with for some time. I have been very fortunate to be involved in such a musically inclined foursome with some of my closest friends, especially with the recent line up changes. My reasons for this withdrawal are completely unrelated to my relationship with Rufio, which will always be in good standing, like I mentioned earlier, its something I’ve been struggling with for quite some time. I would like to venture on to different projects and embark on new chapters of my life. Hopefully leaving this band will give me the opportunity and allow me to step out of my comfort zone and excel in other things. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for such life changing experiences, which would not have been possible without Rufio and all of the great people who have supported us. Thank you to all the fans and to everyone who rep’d us and made the last ten years of my life so memorable and great.
I wish Rufio a long life of constant progression and great songwrting…..
