After being arrested last September for suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, T.I. and wife Takema “Tiny” Cottle, will not be charged. There were issues with the cause that led to T.I.’s arrest however, no marijuana was ever booked into evidence, despite arresting officers claiming to have smelled it when T.I. was arrested. Also both were also arrested immediately after the vehicle made the illegal U-turn without having any registration check performed. However, since T.I. was arrested, he will still have to face 11 more months of jail time for violating parole.
