Concert attendance rates drop 57%

According to a new report on Digital Music News, a recent survey from Edison Research found a staggering 64% of people ages 12-24 reported having NOT attended a single concert in the previous 12 months. This is up from 43% in 2000. You can find the full report, here. Any ideas on how we could solve this problem?
