Swollen Members’ Madchild banned from US
Madchild, from the Canadian hip-hop group Swollen Member, has been denied entrance to the U.S. when he was getting ready to cross the border. You can read his statement after the link.
5 more bands added to Warped Tour 2011
The roster for Warped Tour 2011 has grown by 5 names. In addition to the 11 artists already announced, Family Force 5, Of Mice And Men, Big D And The Kids Table, Lucero, and Enter Shikari will be performing on next year’s tour.

Amely confirm they are NOT on Warped Tour
In a new interview with Music Remedy, Amely’s Petie Pizarro responds to a question regarding what fans can expect from the group in 2011 by stating, “2011. What you can look forward to is us not playing Warped Tour because we’re not on it so stop asking.” Pizarro then goes on to explain the band’s efforts to make the tour and gives a few new details on their actual 2011 plans. In what may be an early contender for oddest musical pairing of 2011, Fake Problems and Never Shout Never have announced plans for a split single later this year. Fake Problems will be contributing a cover of Never Shout Never’s “Sweet Perfection,” while Christofer Drew and Never Shout Never will cover Fake Problem’s “Songs For Teenagers.” No release date is set, but we’ll let you know more as soon as we do!
