Grant Trimboli When Willie Nelson goes in front of the judge for his most recent marijuana possession charges, going in front of the judge will in fact be ALL he has to do. Nelson was busted for pot back in late November, and County Attorney Kit Bramblett reassures that it was “just a joke, and got out of hand.” After the idea was presented, it turns out that Nelson will only need to plead guilty and pay a small fine to avoid Jail-time.
