James Shotwell Even though the album’s release has been delayed until June, the marketing is well underway for Lil Wayne’s upcoming album, Tha Carter IV. Today, the artwork for the album hit the net and can now be viewed below. Like Tha Carter III, this album’s art focuses on a younger weezy, only this time he appears to have graduated (And gotten some additional ink). What do you think of the art?
