James Shotwell Yesterday, Tyler The Creator’s Goblin hit stores and quickly became the “must have” title of the week. However, it seem not everyone was celebrating with Tyler, The Creator as he was at one point handcuffed, reportedly for causing a “public disturbance.” You can view the picture the sparked this news below.
