STREAM: The Swellers – Nothing More To Me

The Swellers have debuted another song from their upcoming album, Good For Me. You can stream the song and read an explanation from the band below. Good For Me hits shelves June 14.

“Nothing More To Me” is set during the 1953 tornado that devastated Flint, Michigan. The focus of the song, however, is that of a relationship gone sour and the couple trying to mend things during such a disaster, as if the storm is almost a second nuisance. With times as tough as they are now, it’s just crazy that people have to deal with their houses being torn apart on top of everything else going on. The timing of us releasing/recording this song is very eerie, but hopefully it’s a reminder that things just got a lot tougher for all of us and people need your help.
