Tori Thomas Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco decided to end their US tour with a bang! He stripped down to only his underwear at their Milwaukee show at Summerfest. Who knows if he was planning this or just one of those spur-of-the-moment events. One thing is certain, he succeed on grabbing the attention of the audience.
