After months of rumor and questioning Lil Wayne has come out with the huge news that Tha Carter IV is finally finished. The release will NOT have any more delays and will officially hit shelves and iTunes on August 29. Weezy’s mixtape, Sorry For The Wait, will be dropping tomorrow so be on the lookout for it.
