UTG TV: A Loss For Words Perform New Song (Live)

Earlier this week, I attended the Boston date of the Partery Tour at Club Royale. Unfortunately, traffic prevented me from making it in time to see all seven bands (don’t blame me, blame the Red Sox), but the five I arrived in time for were more than worth the $12 cover.

Since both A Loss For Words & Vanna are from the Boston area, tour headliners In Fear And Faith chose to open for them this night and AL4W played direct support to Vanna. This sent the crowd into a literal frenzy and I have to say, made for one of the more memorable concert experiences of the year. If only the guy running sound hadn’t made the poor decision to play the music of the band’s performing right before their sets (seriously), the night would have been flawless.

A Loss For Words performed two new songs during their set, one of which I was able to capture on video. You can view the performance footage below. The quality isn’t perfect, but it should serve as a solid sampling of what is to come on the group’s new album:

A Loss For Words’ Rise Records/Velocity Records debut No Santuary arrives this October.
