Gavin Degraw hit by Cab after being assaulted

We reported, late last night, that singer Gavin Degraw was assaulted by a group of people in New York City. Further information has been released by police stating that just after being assaulted Degraw was then hit by a Taxi Cab.

The injuries that he has sustained are a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises.

It is still unclear why Gavin was assaulted.

A rep for Degraw stated:

Police are conducting an investigation of the attack. Gavin and his family appreciate everyone’s concern at this time. We have no information yet regarding his upcoming concert dates and promotion for his new album.
