Radiohead to perform on Saturday Night Live

Radiohead is slated to perform on the premier of the 37th season of Saturday Night Live on September 24, 2011, which Alec Baldwin will be hosting.

This will be Radiohead’s second time performing as musical guests on SNL, the first being in 2000, where they played the hits “The National Anthem” and “Idioteque” from their album, Kid A. On a related note, this will be Baldwin’s 16th time hosting the famous late night sketch show.

Radiohead is now streaming the fourth edition of their series of 12″ singles, which feature remixed tracks off of their current CD, King of Limbs. Most recently, “Give Up the Ghost,” “Codex,” and “Little by Little” have been featured. Radiohead will combine all of the remixed tracks onto one album entitled, TKOL RMX 1234567, which will be available to fans for purchase on October 11 of this year.

Needless to say, this will be a great start of the 37th season of SNL.
