Lindsay Lohan is suing Pitbull for a reference he made to her in his hit song “Give Me Everything.”
The lyrics that include the reference that causes so-called “irreparable harm” to her reputation are “hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’ / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”
Lohan claims in the lawsuit that she is “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild” and alleges that the reference “causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants.”
