KUT U UP reunite/launch Kickstarter account

After many years, KUT U UP has finally decided to get their act together and reunite! With their distinct ability to cause havoc, upset authorities, and leave chaos and laughter in their wake, many fans have missed this upbeat band. They have been busy writing new music, creating new concepts and ideas, and now they have officially announonced that they have reunited.

It’s been a crazy ride for the band known by many as those crazy “dudes” who made a documentary about their 2003 Pop Disaster tour with Green Day, Blink 182 and Jimmy Eat World. The result, “Riding In Vans With Boys” and documentary filled with drunken antics, hilarity and a mix of real-life drama as well. Alot has changed since their days of hard partying, but the band’s passion and drive to perform has not.

The offical reformation of the band was marked by their performance on July 21 in San Diego, CA. This concert was used to announce the launch of the band’s Kickstart campaign! KUT U UP would like the opportunity to record their new music in a nice recording studio, and that’s what the campaign is all about. The majority of what is made will go towards recording and mastering expenses, the remainder will go to creating merch and promoting the yet to be named album.
