Guns N’ Roses Announce US Tour, UTG Ponders On How Long It Will Last

Guns N’ Roses have announced plans for a late 2011 US tour spanning 30 cities in three months.

According to a press release sent earlier today, GNR will be performing a two and a half hour set consisting of favorites from their entire catalog. No exact title were given, but something tells us many tracks from (or hopefully all of) Chinese Democracy won’t be making the cut.

You can view the announced itinerary after the jump, as well as a complete list of cities the tour will eventually be hitting. We will update the list as new dates are confirmed.

Now that a tour is official, the question remains: How long will this tour last? GNR’s previous attempts to tour the US in recent memory have been plagued with issues and behind the scenes drama (not to again mention the shit show that was Chinese Democracy), so many are not holding their breath on this run either. Do you agree? Comment after the dates and let us know!

Tour Dates:

10/28 Orlando, FL – Amway Center Arena
10/29 Miami, FL – American Airlines Arena
10/31 Greenville, SC – Bi-Lo Center Arena
11/02 Atlanta, GA – Phillips Arena
11/05 Dallas, TX – Gexa Energy Pavillion
11/12 Kansas City, MO – Sprint Center Arena
11/13 Minneapolis, MN – Target Center Arena
11/15 Chicago, IL – Allstate Arena
