R.E.M have announced plans to release another greatest hits album this coming November 15 via Warner Bros. Records. The news was first reported yesterday by Rollingstone.com and now on Amazon.com lists the compilation, Part Lies, Part Heart, Part Truth, Part Garbage: 1982-2011.
