New PHOTOS from “The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence”

Fantastic Fest 2011 was blessed with a screening of Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence and while we can’t compete with that, we do have some delightfully disturbing new photos for your enjoyment.

The highly anticipated sequel to Tom Six’s 2009 game-changing film has been a topic of interest (and controversy) since it was announced in early 2010. Six did his best to keep “the goods” secret as long as possible, only letting us know the film would involve a twelve-person-pede, but a negative report from a censorship council let the cat out of the bag on many of the film’s key points. Today we finally meet our “mastermind,” as well as our first taste of the pain.

Checkout the images after the jump and feel free to leave your first impressions in the comments. Before you ask, yes, the entire film is in black and white.
