Months, maybe years of waiting has all been leading to the October 7 release of The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence. We’re still a few weeks away, but Tim Six has finally given us our first true preview and you can watch it here on UTG.

Though we’ve had trailers for Full Sequence surface before, only now do we actually get to see footage from the film. What we see still leaves much to the imagination, but the plotline of a fan driven too far off the deep end is expressed fully (and in startling black and white).
