Sad news this morning for indie fans, Dananananaykroyd have announced they will be splitting up following their current tour plans.
The announcement broke last night when the band posted a photo of themselves on Facebook with the caption “Dananananaykroyd RIP (2006-2011) ♥” Later in the evening, the band returned to Facebook and posted:
“After this UK tour we will be splitting up. I’m proud to say we are a bunch of best friends who sound better right now that we ever have and we will play this last tour harder than we’ve ever played.”
Most of UTG is located stateside, so we’ll most likely be unable to attend this tour. If you’re in the UK, PLEASE GO and support this fantastic band’s last hurrah. Click here for tickets.
