The November 15 release of Childish Gambino’s debut album Camp grows ever closer today with the release of the “Bonfire” music video.
Complimenting the album’s lead single, the visuals for “Bonfire” find Gambino, AKA Donal Glover, fighting for survival in the woods following a camping trip gone awry. Perfect for the holiday (we’re sure today’s release isn’t a coincidence), but also memorable in its own right, you can view the clip after the jump.
Gambino seems to be on cloud nine these days. New fans coming in by the day, Community receiving good ratings, and still little to no hate on the blogosphere. We don’t know how he does it, but we sure hope he doesn’t lose it anytime soon.

He deserves all the hype and all the thousands of fans he reaps every single day. Listen to 30 sec. of any track and its undeniable how talented he is. I follow his website http://www.iamdonald.com religiously and I think I’m so drawn to it because of how he manages it and keeps in touch with fans. Camp, 11/15, cannot wait.
