DMX is finally returning to music and recently premiered his latest single on Dr. Drew’s TV show. Don’t worry, we have the footage.

Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers is a daytime television that aims to help teens going through medical and drug related troubles. On yesterday’s show, Drew had the one and only DMX on to perform a heartfelt new track entitled “Keep Your Head Up” for the audience. The track features lots of signature X growls and barks, but also showcases much more of his faith than his other recent material. You can stream the performance after the jump.

DMX was once one of the greatest rappers in the game and from the looks of it, he’s still got it. Let’s hope X stays out of jail long enough this time around to record a new mixtape or album. Come on X, we miss you.
