MUSIC VIDEO: The Darkness – Nothin’s Gonna Stop Us

British rockers the Darkness have released the official animated video their new single “Nothin’s Gonna Stop Us” and it hits hard! The visuals start off of the room of a super-fan, who ends up illustrating the whacky adventures of the group.

These guys have been away from the music scene for many years and now the anthem-oriented group are looking to take 2012 by storm. Please watch their new video by heading through the jump and stay tuned on UTG for more Darkness updates.

Frontman Justin Hawkins had this to say to Rolling Stone about the music video:
“The video turned out ace. I’ve always been a fan of Thom Lessner’s illustrations, so I was delighted when he and Ted Passon agreed to make it. They have really captured the vibe of the song. I’ve watched the video a thousand times already and I love every second of it. I suppose ‘Nothin’s Gonna Stop Us’ has matured like a fine wine and Thom Lessner and Ted Passon are our master sommeliers. I knew they wouldn’t cork it. Bottoms up!”
