We have never kept our love of Clipse secret on UTG, but today’s news caught even our most diehard staff by surprise.

After months of silence in the rap game, Malice of Clipse has stepped forward and announced he now use the moniker NoMalice on all future releases. This may seem like a small deal to some, but anyone who watches the explanation video NoMalice released after the jump will quickly learn that is not the case.

In addition to his name change, NoMalice has also revealed plans to release a solo record entitled Hear Ye Him this Summer. Add to this a rumored Clipse release before the end of 2012 and it looks like this is only the beginning of NoMalice’s headline domination.
