Lead singer of Green Day Billie Joe Armstrong announced today over his personal twitter account that the band will be releasing three albums this coming fall, called ¡UNO! ¡DOS! ¡TRE! The albums will be coming out over the course of three months, one in September, one in November and one in January.

This news comes as a suprise to many, and we’ll see in the coming months how this all pans out and what the differences between the albums will be. Here at UTG we find this very exciting, but there is a lot of room for these albums to be mediocre since there are so many songs coming out around the same time. However we would love to be proved wrong. So many people on the staff are big Green Day fans, so we’ll definitely be keeping a close eye on details as they emerge.
