The girl who brought us “Bubbly” in 2009 is back with a smooth jam for Summertime.
Joined by Common, Colbie Caillat’s new single “Favorite Song” is everything you could hope for in a Summer jam. The beat is supplied by actual instruments, yet ready for the dance floor, and the lyrics are just deep enough to not feel absolutely ridiculous shouting them out of car windows in the midst of July road trips. Colbie Caillat’s All Of You has been in stores for nearly a year, but anyone unfamiliar with “Favorite Song” before today definitely owes it to their ears to give it a spin. Trust us, you’ll be smiling the entire time.
