EXCLUSIVE: Life After Liftoff EP Release Show, Live At The Attic

Life After Liftoff

Today we have a brand new feature to share with you from a band you need to know. Tom Delonge knows about them. Hayley Williams knows about them. Chad Gilbert, Alex Gaskarth, and Nick Thompson knows about them and has advocated on their behalf. Life After Liftoff may be a name you may have not heard before, but that’s because you’re behind. Let’s catch up.

Life After Liftoff is a pop-punk/powerpop band from Dayton, Ohio with a passion for music and a cause. They are, collectively, an ambassador for Defeat the Label, an anti-bullying movement founded by Ken Kragen (“Hands Across America” and “We Are The World”) as well as participant in this past month’s STAND4CHANGE Against Bullying Day. They released a new EP Brand New Life (iTunes) just this May.

The band is comprised of Lee Weiss (Singer, Guitar), Jason Sigritz (Bass, Backing Vocals), Ryan Chatterton (Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals, Keys), and Dan Malloy (Drums, Backing Vocals), all of which know too well what it was like being teased in school. Their newest single Brand New Life reflects on that and aims to inspire those who are fighting the same battle everyday.

Life After Liftoff is UTG backed and we’re pleased to feature this brand new video from the band’s EP release show. Watch it here.

The video was done by Jacob Bonham of ThisLove/Dangerkids.
