New Jersey folk group River City Extension have a new album coming out called Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Your Anger, and it’s up to stream via Paste Magazine! River City Extension is relatively new to the folk scene, but made a big splash with their debut record The Unmistakable Man. It’s really exciting to see bands expand their sound and really push themselves, and that’s what River City Extension did with this newest effort. From the short time I’ve listened to the stream, it’s an absolutely gorgeous record. Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Your Anger releases on June 5 via XOXO Records and Anchor & Hope Music.
