Axl Rose Robbed of Necklaces Worth $200,000, Nobody Else Decides to Care

Axl Rose of Guns N’ Roses at a recent show in Paris was robbed of 3 necklaces that in total was worth around $200,000, reports the NY Daily News. I want you to look at that number again. $200,000. That’s what my overpriced school is trying to charge me to learn for four years. That’s a small house. That’s more than a lot of people make in a year. And he wears that around his neck. And guess what? I really don’t care that they were stolen. And here’s why:

I’m writing this from a purely cynical “I do not like you Axl Rose” perspective. Axl Rose is the biggest baby known to man, who just loves being in the spotlight but frankly isn’t relevant anymore. Yeah, I said it. Come hate. Please. Any person who wears $200,000 worth of necklaces around his neck does not have my respect, because he could be putting that money to better use. Yeah, he makes a filthy amount of money. He’s allowed to have some splurge purchases. But why in the hell do you need THAT expensive amount of jewelry? It will never make sense to me at all. And while there is no way of me knowing this, my hope is that whoever lifted off of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singin- wait, nevermind he denied that acceptance, puts the money from the eventual pawning to good use. I’m not encouraging stealing. At all. I am not responsible for your eventual incarceration. I’m just saying it’s not like he can’t replace it. Stop crying Axl Rose, you can just buy another four. And like your shirt says in the featured image, shit happens.

What do you think of this? Do you care? Let UTG know in the comments section. So down to have a conversation about this.
