We currently have the latest lyric video from Californian metal outfit, Deserters. The new track, titled “Optimism’s Victim”, is taken from their upcoming full length album The Slow Rhythms Of A Dead-Beat, which is currently scheduled to be released September 11 via Mediaskare Records.

Though the band is not currently on tour, if you like what you hear you should probably check out their EP Fail Yourself. You can take a listen to some of those songs off the EP on their Facebook page. If you prefer, you can purchase the whole EP on iTunes today for less than $6!
