G!VE UP: Paris Hilton’s World Premiere as a DJ

Back in September, we brought you news that socialite Paris Hilton intended to become “the most powerful female house music DJ of all time.” “The dead end of Western Civilization” recently took her first step by unveiling her new single “Last Night” with Afrojack after playing some AVICII and Gotye during her first DJ set at the Brazil POP Festival (I’m sure they appreciate the bedazzled Brazilian flag she lazily waves around).

Many are claiming that this single event has significantly set back the DJ industry and as I don’t know much about the art of DJing, I agree wholeheartedly. Hilton has long been a media punchline, and although the joke isn’t funny anymore, we continue to laugh.
