What’s Eating Gilbert, side-project of New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert, just released a new song “Complaining” to stream online, and you can hear it right now! For those who are familiar with Chad’s musical background, the man wears many different hats as a fast pop-punk guitarist of New Found Glory and hardcore singer of Shai Hulud.

In addition to the countless albums he has produced, Chad also works on his own solo project that takes an upbeat and fun approach to music, yet you can hear the obvious influences from the different styles of bands he has played in before. I’m really liking that early rock vibe he’s bringing to the table. Slightly unexpected, but nonetheless awesome.

In addition to the new song “Complaining” after the break, preorders for the new 7 inch have gone up here on Bridge Nine Records.
