Just because Thrice is on hiatus doesn’t mean that we won’t hear of any new developments from the group. The band has recorded about 2 CDs worth of songs that have spanned the band’s entire genre-shattering career at select stops from their farewell tour this past spring for an upcoming live album that’s fittingly titled Anthology. Anthology will be released through Staple Records/Workhorse Music Group.
Us here at Under the Gun are stoked on this. Please be sure to read on after the jump to learn more about the pre-order packages being made available, as well as to comment and let us know what you think about this upcoming release.
Just like with Major/Minor, the release is likely to be made available in multiple tiers of pre-order packages. Already announced are digital downloads, 2x CD package, and a 4x LP boxed set. Along with a whopping four LP’s, the boxed set is set to include booklets full of photos of the band’s latest tour.
