Lady Gaga Machete Kills Character Poster

Hardly one to rest on her laurels, Lady Gaga is continuing her dominant foray throughout the world of pop culture with an appearance in Robert Rodriguez’s upcoming Machete Kills. The director took to twitter yesterday to sing the artist’s praises and included a snapshot of her character poster for the film, which you can view below.

The Gaga certainly looks the part, blending into the deliciously B-movie style as neatly as her character name suggests (and it does befit her ever-evolving creative persona). The exact nature of her role however remains unclear as the film is still in production. The sequel to Machete, Rodriguez’s ‘Mexploitation’ flick of 2010, Danny Trejo once again toplines as the eponymous ex-Federale, alongside the likes of Mel Gibson, Charlie Sheen, Amber Heard, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba, and Michelle Rodriguez. It is slated to hit screens sometime next year.
