WATCH: Yellowcard – “Chasing Rainbows (Feat. Alex Gaskarth),” Artists Mourn

In light of the death of Tony Sly, lead vocalist for No Use For A Name, many musicians have spoken out in memory of the musician and his influence on them.

Included are Anthony Raneri of Bayside, Ryan Key of Yellowcard, Bad Religion, founder of Warped Tour Kevin Lyman, Hot Water Music, The Ataris, Bouncing Souls and many many more.

Yellowcard holds a very special place in their hearts for Tony. Back in 2002, They joined NUFAN on one of their first big tours across the states. Ryan has mentioned, also, that No Use was pivotal to his early years as a musician. For that, they took the time on Warped Tour to learn and perform a cover of “Chasing Rainbows” which appeared on More Betterness! which was released in 2009.

Here are a few tweets we’ve pulled in memory of Tony. Watch the video for Yellowcard’s performance after the bump.
