EXCLUSIVE: Ronnie Radke Charged With Corporal Injury To Spouse & False Imprisonment, Trial By Jury Set To Begin August 27

Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke was in a Los Angeles County courtroom earlier this week to begin his pre-trial hearing stemming from an arrest early last week over an outstanding warrant.

Ronnie did not show up in court for his most recent hearing, but his lawyer, Michelle S. Michaels, did. According to the media relations team at the LA Superior Courts, Ronnie has been charged with “Corporal Injury To Spouse” and “False Imprisonment,” both of which he will stand trial for by jury beginning August 27.

I cannot stress enough that details are still pouring in and that some of the above information may change. We double checked all the above details with multiple employees of the LA court system and will update our information as new details are received.

  1. Falling-In-Reverse<3 says:

Everyone that thinks he abused her. FUCK YOU. No he didnt. He is innocent. I love Ronnie. I know he would never do such a thing. The only reason people are taking action is because his previous jail time. THATS IT. All he did was violate his probation. HE IS INNOCENT. Suck it.

  2. xxHannahSmilesxx says:

Haha, good. I’m glad he was in jail. CRAIG MABBIT FOR THE FUCKING WIN!!!

  3. name says:

    you don’t know Jack shit
shut up and deal with the fact he might of

  4. Jacob Tender says:

When did music fans become completely delusional? You hold no argument on the matter. Being a fan won’t save Radke from conviction.

  5. ughh says:

…a lot of you guys are so dense. This has nothing to do with the fact that he’s in a band, had had previous jail time, and it definitely has nothing to do with Craig Mabbit. Leave him out of this. It has to do with the fact that he’s had charges laid against him and that he’s already missed his hearing. Based on evidence and testimony, it’ll be decided if he’s guilty or innocent. You probably won’t be there, and you probably weren’t there for the event in question. So stop.

  6. Duh says:

Every asshole has someone who loves him. “I know he disdn’t do it!” No, you don’t. “He said so on Twitter!” Oh yeah, because he’s lying and wants money from 166,000 people. “But he is hot” is not an acceptable defense, either. Sorry. He’s also not being blamed for his past, the only thing this charge has to do with that is he is still a criminal.

  7. Someone with a brain says:

Grow up, your idol isn’t as innocent as you think.

  8. StarlightAria says:

Innocent until proven guilty, and because I am not privy to any evidence I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt until the facts are made public. I am a fan, yes, but I do have some sense.

  9. limefox says:

im sorry you like fags who write shitty lyrics stole all his sweeps from bless the fall and has a worse voice the ronnie? piece of shit

  10. Realitybitches. says:

Lol. Dumbfucks, just ’cause you know his music doesn’t mean you personally know him or how he acts when not playing the innocent front man of FIR. So, don’t act like he didn’t do it, none of us really know the truth. So stick to the facts and shut your mouth if you don’t know what’s going on, THAT’S how things get pushed out of control. If he wasn’t famous, none of you would even care. Get over it. And yes I was a fan of the music, but lets be honest, he’s just another musician.

  11. Mhm says:

thank you for having a brain.

  12. Shmea says:

    Idiots. Idiots everywhere.

  13. Stan says:

Lol I bet half of y’all don’t even know the girls name. Quit pretending to care or even not to it doesn’t matter what we think or say. He is my fav singer ever buy if he did he did. Sally and him were doing pretty good so idk

  14. Randi says:

I met him this summer and he seemed pretty nice. He smiled, hugged me and called me Mrs.Radke. I’m not saying that he didn’t do it, but it seems like this will be a he-says, she-says sort of thing.

  15. Chester says:

I am so fucking done with Ronnie Radke. I cannot believe he did this (“but what if he didn’t?!” cried the dumb ass fangirl. Obviously the victim is lying because he’s famous. Obviously. Not.). I always thought he was a douchebag but I got over it because I enjoy his music. But this crosses the line completely.

  16. Dizzy says:

I’m a fan of Ronnie and his music but i’ve never met the guy. I hope he really didn’t do this but i dunno for sure. I don’t know him personally. But my friend Abby went to a Falling in Reverse concert during Warped Tour, and he was apparently super nice to her. He bought her a pair of sunglasses and some water because she ran out of money and it was hot as hell outside.

Still, i don’t know him personally, but i really am hoping that it’s false allegations.

  17. Chester says:

oh my god get your dumb ass fucking out of here THIS IS NOT ABOUT CRAIG MABBITT AT ALL THIS ABOUT THE FACT THAT RONNIE RADKE HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF BEATING A WOMAN

  18. xGoodbyeGracefulx says:

Sally (his [ex]girlfriend) is a psycho. she could have easily made the sstory up because he cheated on her. I dont blame him. she was a fucking crazy ass person.

  19. Madison says:

So what’s the worse punishment he could recieve?

  20. These comments are honestly horrifying and sickening. His fame, his music, his looks, and what he did when you met him are NOT a show of innocense. His tweets certainly aren’t, because I’m sure he wouldn’t be tweeting “lol beat my wife bro, bitch should’ve made me a sammich!” And calling the woman a psycho? You are DISGUSTING. Not even a ‘psycho’ should be abused, and reporting your prescious idol for abuse doesn’t make someone a psycho. You were not there, and neither was I. But there had to be probable cause for them to actually take action, and missing court seems pretty fishy too. And its terrible how many young women are attempting to defend this, by victim blaming none the less. If/when he gets jailed, make a video of your little sceney sobs for me- actually do one better, cry into some tupperwear and mail it to me so I can drink your tears. Moronic things like this are why us feminists exist.

  21. Chris says:

9/10 of the comments below are retarded. Who knows what the facts are. People get in arguments and slight fisty-cuffs all the time, even couples. Add possibilities of alcohol and emotions… who knows what happened. Get over yourselves.. your not a singer of a band?! or even the once singer of world touring band to then become the singer of another world touring band. So go grow up, find a passion, build a dream/destiny, and achieve it.

  22. Blehh says:

I know what he did wasn’t right and I know that he’s not perfect but I still love him no matter what

  23. fuck you says:

dumb cunts hes not still a criminal..and the bitch probably deserved it if its the truth..lets be honest..after being in prison for 2 years..why the fuck would he want to fuck up again??the bitch is probably lying!!

  24. JoannaBOTDF says:

Why would you bring craig into this hes not even involved in this

  25. Michelle says:

Love how some of his so called fans just bail as soon as they hear of an arrest! True Fans my ass! He is only human, and there are two sides to every story! He is only Human! I will and always have been a fan of Ronnie Radke, I as a fan will stand behind him no matter what!

  26. Stupid fangirls says:

Wow wow wow . None of you know this guy personally so I think you should stop saying things like “omg Ronnie would never do that and the girl is crazy” I’m not the biggest fir fan but i like their music and I used to listen to etf all the time when I was younger but I he really beat his wife then there is no way that I am still going to support him. You all sound like a bunch of Chris brown (who I never liked bc his music sucks anyways) fangirls that think it’s ok to beat women just because he’s a musician. Even if it was the other way around and a girl beat her boyfriend or husband (which is possible and it does happen) I would lose all respect for her like I lost all my respect for Ronnie

  27. BabaPuppe says:

Some people attract trouble, you idiot. There are many people who are repeat offenders or do things to constantly get in trouble. I’m not saying the victim is always innocent, but it’s been made obvious (even by Ronnie himself) that he has problems and brushing them under the rug and attacking her after she was one the attacked is a bit much. Had he mentioned that she too attacked him and had bruises or broken parts to show for it, I would to an extent understand why you’d would fault his girlfriend, but he doesn’t. It’s funny how stupidity clouds the minds of you stans.

  28. BabaPuppe says:

    Until it happens to you…

  29. Sean says:

I interview Ronnie once in the past month, and while he came off as a nice guy, he CLEARLY has anger issues, and he obviously still has a lot of anger toward his past. Not saying he did it or not, that’s the jury’s job, and his job to defend himself. If he says he didn’t do it, that’s what he SAYS, the girl in question says he did. Until it comes to light in trial, I’m sure no one for sure knows the actual truth. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the girl was lying about it. Either way, that’s his personal life, and none of my business. If he did it, he did it, if he didn’t, he didn’t. Either way, I’ll still enjoy his music.

  30. BabaPuppe says:

Some months in jail… Give or take prison again with his record and history with going to trial.

  31. Sean says:

    interviewed, I meant to type**

  32. BabaPuppe says:

Craig has a better history than Ronnie… Yes, he has nothing to do with this, but for people who never liked Ronnie (or started to dislike him after he became a threat to the band) it makes sense to them to bring Craig up as a comparison.

  33. Jacob Tender says:

You deserve beat for this comment.

  34. Jacob Tender says:

Sally Watts. An employee of Epitaph Records.

  35. ActLikeYouCare says:

How exactly do you know she is “psycho?” let me guess, because someone on Tumblr said so, and Alexa Vega wants to believe so so she doesn’t feel as bad for having sex with an alleged abuser while leaving her husband? You are a fool. Can’t wait to see him jailed, and that actress’s formal apology to SMW. Maybe she can do it in a video, and pretend like she actually cares about a real victim.

  36. Sunjay140 says:

People in the comments are so immature

  37. Jimmothy says:

He called you Mrs. Radke? Wtf…

  38. Mrs. Radke says:

I kind of feel as if Sally is upset with Ronnie. I mean she said it happened back in May and she is now coming out to say it? To me that just seems kind of fishy. If Ronnie really did do this then theres nothing we the fans can do other than be by his side. I personally think that he didn’t do this but then again i could be wrong. And so what if our Idol isn’t as innocent as we think, hes helped save lifes and so much more, he’s a human. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. You guys shouldn’t be looking at all of the negative things he’s done. Some of you guys that “were” his fans and now aren’t because of this, really werent his fans in the first place. If he did or didnt I’ll still be there by his side no matter what happens!<3 I'm sticking by Ronnies' Side no matter what.

  39. ReadPlease says:

Learn to read. She filed in May, and the warrant was OUTSTANDING meaning he was running from it. She isn’t just coming out…he’s just now getting caught, because he is a coward and doesn’t own up to anything. He loves to blame everyone else, but never owns up to his own actions. There is no inspiration in that. Of course we should be looking at the negative, because to not acknowledge the fact that this man is a criminal is to be completely ignorant. This man is no hero. If you remain by his side, it doesn’t prove love to him, he won’t care as long as he gets your money – it just proves a lack of morality to yourself.

  40. "Just"theTruth says:

“Just humans” still aren’t allowed to go around beating people. That is no excuse. This is not a jusifiable mistake. What he really “just is” is a criminal – and if you are a “true” fan of that, you are a terrible, terrible person.

  41. raptor says:

If he is proven guilty, what kind of punishment could he get?

  42. Nick Sutter says:

dude ronnie is a fuck up but at least he proves he can get by… he talked to ecape the fate and them and made it right so hes letting go of he past and the the bitch is lieng too this was in may so shes just pissed at him and making it up

  43. Jacob Tender says:

How thick can you get? I won’t even give you the reasons why you are incorrect. Anyone who spells the word “lying” like that is just plain wrong.

  44. Sounds like you got a free ticket to rape town

  45. Jacob Tender says:

“I kind of feel as if Sally is upset with Ronnie.” You think? Wouldn’t you be upset if your boyfriend hit you?

  46. meow says:

well this brings new meaning to the falling in reverse song “pick up the phone”

  47. Hahahah says:

This didn’t surprise me. I actually laughed when I heard about it. And I can’t help but notice all the “dumb comments” from “fans” about him being innocent because they know he couldn’t do such a thing, or they met him, or whatever, are completely incapable of being properly informed and clouded by their “love” for him.
Dude’s a criminal, and he’s running from it. Once a douchebag, always a douchebag.

  48. you guys are so close-minded says:

All of you are saying “omg you guys don’t really know him. you know his music, but that doesn’t make him innocent, stfu” but what about the fact that no one really knows this girl either? How do you know that she isn’t simply making this up for money? I think that’s just as likely, if not more likely, that him actually beating her.

  49. Jacob Tender says:

Give me a solid explanation for how an employee of the record label he is signed to would make money from defaming him and taking him to court.

  50. ERIC says:

    AND YOUR EXACTLY RIGHT!!!!!
