Looks like the day to delay!
Following our post on Lil Wayne’s decision to delay his Dedication 4 mixtape, news comes to us courtesy of FakeShoreDrive that confirms long-gestating rumors that G.O.O.D. Music’s label compilation Cruel Summer has again been pushed back on the release calendar. The album was originally set for an August 7 release, but was delayed until September 4th. Now it seems the project has suffered an additional 2 week delay in order to include 4 additional features, with one of them being Mos Def, and will be released on September 18th.
Here’s hoping Def Jam sticks to this date and finally treats us G.O.O.D.
