Parkway Drive will finally release their follow-up to 2010’s Deep Blue later this Fall, and tonight fans around the world get their first taste of new music.
Serving as one of the middle tracks off Atlas, “Dark Days” is one of Parkway Drive’s heaviest (not to mention greatest) tracks to date. The lyrics focus heavily on apocalyptic themes and the idea of taking responsibility for one’s own wrongdoing, which is a slight departure from the more emotionally-driven, water-referencing tracks found on previous records, but we think fans will love it all the same. You can stream the song after the jump.
Epitaph should be announcing details for Parkway Drive’s new album in the coming days. Stay tuned.
