Carly Rae Jepsen is following the enormous success of “Call Me Maybe” with the release of her next poptastic single, “The Kiss.” The song is taken from Jepsen’s forthcoming album Kiss, which will also feature “Maybe,” and finds the twenty-six-year-old songstress foraying into the world club-ready dance music. Unlike her last hit, this one features Jepsen playing herself up as a confidant young in search of the one thing she really wants from that hot guy on the dance floor.
