The Samuel Jackson Five Begin Working on Next Album

Norway’s (awesomely named) instrumental post-rock outfit, The Samuel Jackson Five have announced that they’ve begun working on their fifth album to follow up this year’s self-titled release.

They will begin tracking drums, bass and some guitars in the coming six weeks. According to the band’s Facebook post, some of the things we can maybe expect on their forthcoming effort are, “Progressive-rock-waltz for idiots, rabid organ drum machines, a song about Phil Collins, kraut-country, post-dance-rock in 7/4 and infectious hand-clapping.”
