The last weekend of September saw good box office numbers, and even a record breaker. Hotel Transylvania took the top slot at the box office and broke the record for a September opening. The time travel thriller Looper took the second place spot, but it was not even close to making the kinds of money Hotel Transylvania made. My conclusion? People are excited for Halloween.
