BOX OFFICE PREVIEW: October 5

Movie lovers have two choices to pick from for new releases this weekend. First, there is Taken 2, the sequel to the Liam Neeson thriller from 2008. We have a full review of it here, and it is not looking good. The other new release this weekend is Frankenweenie, the black and white Tim Burton stop motion film that, surprisingly, does not feature Johnny Depp in any way. Early reviews put Frankenweenie in the “probably worth seeing” category, but you can watch the trailer for both movies after the jump and decide for yourself.
